Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a package from the store:

• You also declare that you are solely responsible for the transaction.
• You accept that, in the event the server ceases its activity, transactions made by you will not be refunded in any way.
• You declare that you are solely responsible for the money used in the transaction in the store, that you have reached the age of majority, and that you are of sound mind.
• You accept that packages may be modified at any time without prior notice.
• By using PayPal as a payment method, you agree to transfer your data to PayPal Holdings, Inc. RebornAge is not in any way responsible for how PayPal Holdings, Inc. uses such data.
• You declare that you accept that, for the proper functioning of certain products, the purchase of additional packages may be required and that, therefore, in the case of an incorrectly placed order, no refund will be issued.

RebornAge undertakes to:

• Use your data solely to send you the receipt.
• Not share any provided data with third parties.
• Provide assistance in case of purchase issues related to malfunctions of our systems. Therefore, before requesting a refund through third parties (chargeback), you must open a ticket by sending an email to rebornage.minecraft@gmail.com including the following data: name, Minecraft username, transaction number, and the issue.

If a refund request through third parties is made for a non-existent issue, a resolved issue, or while a ticket is still in progress (opened less than 48 hours earlier), or if a refund is requested after already benefiting from the package (even partially), RebornAge reserves the right not to issue a refund and to temporarily or permanently sanction your account on the network, possibly including an account reset. All chargeback actions may be legally reported.

RebornAge reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

RebornAge is not in any way affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, BuyCraft, or any other platform associated with them.
